Q. What is included in the price?
A. If you click on the price, you will see the complete price breakdown
for each hotel or service.
All local taxes are included.
Q. Is breakfast included?
A. When the available selection for your dates is shown, you can check
what is included by clicking on the price. This will show if not breakfast
is included for that hotel.
Q. What is an instant booking?
A. This is a service (usually a hotel) which is confirmed to you instantly
without having to check availability.
Q. What does ‘available on request’ mean?
A. This is when we have to check availability at the hotel of your choice
before we can confirm to you. It usually takes one working days
Q. Can I pay by means other than credit card?
A. Yes. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer (all charges to be
paid by sender). Bank details are in Our

Q. Can I make a reservation by phone?
A. If you are unable to complete your transaction online, you may contact
us by telephone on +370 5 2625 241.
Q. Are you open 24 hrs all year round.
A. The online reservation service is monitored from 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs
Monday – Friday, Lithuania time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday
Q. Can I make a reservation for someone else?
A. If you are paying by credit card, the owner of the card must be the
principal passenger. If this person subsequently cancels, then all other
reservations will be cancelled unless an alternative credit card of one of
the other guests is supplied.
Q. Can I double check my reservation with the hotel directly?
A. As we hold allocations of rooms at many hotels (especially lower priced
hotels), your name may not be on the hotel’s own guest list until the
day before arrival.
If you contact a hotel and they say they do not have your details, do not
be alarmed.
Q. How do I change my booking?
A. You are given unique reference number with your confirmation. You can
only re-enter your booking using this reference and by specifying the
email address you originally used when booking. If you have mislaid this,
please contact us via the site with details of your booking
(name/date/hotel) and we will assist you.
Q.Do you offer
additional discounts for senior citizens, students, airline employees,
etc.?
A.No. You will find that our prices are already discounted; consequently,
we cannot offer any additional discounts.
Q.What is the
difference between "Online" and "On Request" Hotels?
A.If you book "online" hotels, you will receive a confirmation
immediately. If you book among "on request" Hotels,
HotelsLithuania.net will check availability and confirm the reservation
within a time period specified in booking terms.
Q.Once I have made my reservation, will I receive
any written confirmation from the hotel?
A.No. The email confirmation you receive from HotelsLithuania.net is all
you will need. It displays your Reservation ID, the hotel information, the
rate and in some cases hotel confirmation number.
Q.In what currency will my credit card be debited?
Your card will be debited in local currency. All of our prices are shown
in diferent currency's
